This Privacy Policy explains how Ways to Cure (“we,” “us” or “our”) handles information when you visit waystocure.com, leave a comment, contact us, or use a reader sign-up feature if one is enabled. Please also read our Terms of Service.
Information we may collect
- Comments: If you leave a comment, we may collect the information you enter, such as your name and email address, along with your IP address and browser details used for spam detection. An anonymized version of your email address may be sent to Gravatar to check whether you use that service. If your comment is approved, your profile image may appear publicly with it.
- Contact requests: If you use our contact form, we collect the information and message you submit so we can respond and manage the request.
- Usage and device information: Analytics, advertising, hosting, security and spam-prevention services may collect technical information such as browser and device details, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referral information and interactions with the Site. The information collected depends on the services and settings active at the time.
- Reader sign-ups: If we enable a Google Reader Revenue Manager newsletter or registration prompt, Google may collect information you submit through that prompt, such as your email address and any optional name or consent details. We may be able to access or export relevant reader information through Publisher Center. If payment features are enabled, Google and its payment providers handle transaction information under the terms shown during checkout.
Cookies and similar technologies
WordPress and the services used on the Site may use cookies or similar technologies to support functions such as comments, login and security, analytics, advertising, and Reader Revenue Manager features if enabled. Some cookies are set by third-party services. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect parts of the Site. Where required, we will use the applicable consent controls for non-essential technologies.
How we use information
We use information to operate and protect the Site; respond to contact requests; display and moderate comments; detect spam and abuse; understand how readers use the Site; measure and support advertising; and administer newsletter, registration, subscription or contribution features if enabled.
When information is shared
We may share relevant information with service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, advertise on, or operate the Site, and with Google or payment providers if a Reader Revenue Manager feature is enabled. These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy notices. Embedded content and links to third-party websites may collect information directly from you when you interact with them. We do not control the privacy practices of those third parties.
For information about Google services, review Google’s Privacy Policy and the notices shown in the relevant sign-up or payment flow.
How long we keep information
We retain comments and related information for as long as needed to manage the discussion, follow-up comments and spam prevention. Contact messages are kept as long as reasonably needed to handle the request and maintain appropriate records. Information handled by third-party providers is also subject to their retention practices and settings.
Your choices and requests
You may choose not to submit a comment, contact form or reader sign-up. You can ask us to provide or delete personal information that we hold about you, subject to information we must retain for legal, security or administrative reasons. To make a request, use our Contact Us page and describe the information involved. You may also manage cookies in your browser and use any preference or unsubscribe controls provided with a newsletter or reader sign-up.
Security
We use reasonable measures intended to protect information, but no website or transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure.

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted personal information may contact us through the Contact Us page.
