Ways to Cure publishes plain-English health guides for everyday questions: what a test result means, which symptoms need a doctor, what the latest health news means for you, and how to look after yourself day to day. New articles go up every day.
Who runs the site
Ways to Cure is run by Neil Das, its founder and editor. Neil isn’t a doctor, and the site doesn’t give personal medical advice. Its job is to explain what trusted health bodies and research actually say, clearly, and to tell you when it’s time to see a professional.
How our articles are made
- Every article is built on primary sources such as the WHO, CDC, FDA, NHS, NICE, NIH and peer-reviewed journals, and links to them in the text so you can check them yourself.
- Numbers, doses, test ranges and dates are only included when we can point to a source that states them.
- Each article has a section on when to see a doctor or get emergency help.
- We don’t promise cures, invent expert quotes, or claim reviews that didn’t happen.
You can read the full details in our editorial policy.
